PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in an optical scanner, when a temperature of a photodiode increases due to temperature rise of a light deflector, output from the photodiode becomes unstable because of temperature characteristics of the photodiode.SOLUTION: In order to suppress temperature rise of a photodiode and stabilize APC operation, an opening is provided to a housing and the photodiode is arranged to receive laser light that has passed through the opening. |
