PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of cracks due to stress concentration while keeping moldability of a corner portion of a fiber-reinforced resin member.SOLUTION: Corner portions a and b of a fiber-reinforced resin member continue without cutting of at least a layer UD 91 in the central portion. Because the surface of the corner portions a and b is laminated and reinforced by a patch 93 formed of a fiber-reinforced resin containing a woven cloth 92 formed of a carbon fiber, the corner portions a and b in which stress concentration is easily generated are reinforced by the patch 93, and interlayer peeling can be suppressed. In the outside of the corner portions a and b, in particular, the patch 93 is easily extended and the moldability is enhanced. In the inside of the corner portions a and b, the strength against a compressive load of the patch 93 increases, and thereby occurrence of cracks can be effectively prevented. A thickness increases by lamination of the patch 93 and thereby a maximum shearing load can be reduced. Also, a layer in the central portion in which the maximum shearing load is generated continues without cutting of a UD 91, and accordingly occurrence of the interlayer peeling can be suppressed. |
