PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system capable of reducing the time required for setting a relay route.SOLUTION: In relay setting processing, a fire alarm device TR1 carrying out the relay setting processing transmits a confirmation message to other fire alarm devices TR requiring to respond to the confirmation message. Receiving a response message, a fire alarm device TR, which has received no confirmation message within a certain period of time, transmits a request message requesting the fire alarm device TR, which is the source of the response message, to relay from the fire alarm device TR1. The fire alarm device TR, which is the target of the request message, transmits a notification message to the fire alarm device TR1 to relay from the fire alarm device TR1. Receiving the notification message, the fire alarm device TR1 sets the source fire alarm device TR which is the source of the notification message as the relay device of the fire alarm device TR which is the source of the request message. |
