A closure (12) for a container including a base (18) having a passageway (20) extending therethrough. At least a portion of the base is configured to attach to at least a portion of an opening of the container such that the passageway is in registry with at least a portion of the opening. A cap (22) is movably attached to the base. The cap is movable between a first position in which at least a portion of the cap blocks at least a portion of the passageway and a second position in which the cap is spaced-apart from at least a portion of the passageway to allow contents from within the container to pass therethrough. A seal (24) is positioned on one of the cap and the base.
