PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for a cargo-handling vehicle having a lead battery and a lithium battery mounted in which charge of the batteries can be controlled easily and certainly and it is possible to evade the risk that the lead battery may be overcharged, thereby ensuring safety of the cargo-handling vehicle.SOLUTION: The power supply device for a cargo-handling vehicle has a lead battery 11, a lithium battery 12, and charging circuits 17, 18 which supply current required for charging the respective batteries 11, 12. The lead battery 11 and the lithium battery 12 can be charged from the charging circuits 17, 18 respectively. Thereby, charge of the batteries 11, 12 can be controlled easily and certainly. It is possible to evade the risk that the lead battery 11 may be overcharged by supplying current required for charging the lead battery 11 from a first charging circuit 17 to the lead battery 11. |
