The arrangement (10) has point light sources (11) e.g. LEDs, arranged at an inner side of hollow body (12) and directed such that light is provided from the light sources perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the hollow body. An optical unit (15) deflects light of the light sources such that the light is emitted parallel to the longitudinal axis. The light sources are arranged in a rotationally symmetrical structure and directed such that light provided from the light sources is directed to rotational axis of the arrangement.
