PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce and suppress image deterioration caused by noise in association with a variation in potential of a signal line and a data line.SOLUTION: An intermediate electrode 45 connected with a semiconductor layer 143 of a transistor through a contact hole 39 is connected with an intermediate electrode 150 through a contact hole 152. The intermediate electrode 150 is connected with an anode layer 151 of an OLED through a contact hole 153. The intermediate electrode 150 is surrounded from at least three directions by an electric supply line 16 that is power source wiring for initialization, at a node N that is a connection between the semiconductor layer 143 and the anode layer 151. |
