PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool capable of transmitting rotation driving force transmitted to a spindle at plural places, and capable of further suppressing the shake of the spindle.SOLUTION: The machine tool has a spindle coupling member 54C at which one end of the spindle is fixed; a first rocking member 54B formed so as to cover the outer periphery of the spindle coupling member; a second rocking member 54A formed so as to cover the outer periphery of the first rocking member; and a pulley 55 coupled to the second rocking member and around which a transmission belt 50B is looped. The spindle coupling member and the first rocking member are rotatably coupled by a pair of first swiveling shaft members 54J provided at symmetric positions to a rotation shaft of the spindle along a first swiveling shaft ZJ orthogonal to a rotation shaft ZW of the spindle. The first rocking member and the second rocking member are rotatably coupled by a pair of second swiveling shaft members 54K provided at symmetric positions to the rotation shaft of the spindle along a second swiveling shaft ZK orthogonal to both of the rotation shaft of the spindle and the first swiveling shaft. |
