FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry and can be used for control of heat when quick heat treatment of carbon containing material. Device includes heater (14) with fluidized bed, containing oxygen-containing gas, inorganic particles of heat carrier and charcoal. Cooler (15) of inorganic particles is connected by liquid medium with heater (14) for receiving and cooling of first part of heated inorganic particles. Formed first partially cooled hot inorganic particles are fed to heater (14) and combined with second part of heated inorganic particles to form second partially cooled hot inorganic particles, which are fed to reactor (12).EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase speed of thermal processing without exceeding design temperature of heater.10 cl, 3 dwg |
