PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective substrate for a display device which is light and excellent in scratch resistance, shock resistance, and hardness.SOLUTION: A protective substrate for a display device comprises glass and a resin layer on one side of the glass. Thickness of the glass is 20 μm to 200 μm, specific gravity of the resin layer is 0.9 g/cmto 1.5 g/cm, and bending modulus of the resin layer at 25°C is 1000 MPa to 8000 MPa. In a preferred embodiment, the protective substrate for the display device further comprises an adhesion layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
