PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an internal combustion engine that can appropriately detect inflow of condensation water into a combustion chamber.SOLUTION: A control device for an internal combustion engine, includes: a cylinder pressure sensor provided in a combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine; combustion waveform acquisition means for converting output from the cylinder pressure sensor into a waveform of vibration force generated during combustion; vibration force measurement value calculation means for calculating a measurement value of the vibration force at resonance frequency in the combustion chamber on the basis of the waveform; vibration force reference value calculation means for calculating a reference value of the vibration force at the resonance frequency in the combustion chamber on the basis of an operating state of the internal combustion engine; and condensation water inflow determination means for determining inflow of condensation water into the combustion chamber when the measurement value of the vibration force is smaller than the reference value of the vibration force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
