This technology relates to an image-capturing device, an image-capturing method, a signal processing device, a signal processing method and a program which make it possible for an image of an imaging target that is flashing to be captured reliably. An imaging target, of which an image is to be captured using an image-capturing unit that captures images with a prescribed image-capture timing, flashes with a blinking cycle. An image-capture timing with which images are captured by the image-capturing unit is controlled in such a way that image capture is performed N times, where N is greater than 1, with a timing obtained by dividing the blinking cycle equally by N, and an exposure time is set such that at least part of a lit period during which the imaging target is lit overlaps the exposure time of at least one image capture. This technology can, for example, be applied to a camera unit that captures images. |
