PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that has low glossiness and prevents the occurrence of glossiness unevenness, while maintaining low-temperature fixability and the manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image development contains toner particles of a core-shell structure each having a shell layer containing a binder resin on the surface of a core particle containing at least a binder resin and colorant. The toner particle has an inorganic layer on the surface of the core particle, and a shell layer on the surface of the inorganic layer. |
