PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin integration foam molding article and a production method of the same in which a grain side float can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A headrest 10 according to the present invention is obtained by that a skin material 20 in which a backing fabric material 22 is adhered to a genuine leather 21 is sewed as a bag-shape, and a core part 15 is foam-molded in an inside of the skin material 20. In this case, the backing fabric material 22 is performed by corona treatment at only a face of the genuine leather 21 side, and the core part 15 is not fastened to the backing fabric material 22. In addition, when a burden F in a direction shifting to the backing fabric material 22 is applied to the genuine leather 21, the backing fabric material 22 performs slide contact to the core part 15 to release the burden F, thereby the burden F does not concentrates to the genuine leather 21, and a grain side float can be suppressed. |
