Provided are a laminate in which glare (reflectance) due to the inherent gloss of metals is reduced, a method for manufacturing the laminate, and an electronic device. A laminate (1) comprising a transparent substrate, a metal layer (20) formed on the substrate, and a metal compound layer (30a, 30b) formed on at least one surface of the metal layer (20) so as to be in contact with the surface. The metal layer (20) has a specific resistance of 10 μΩ·cm or less, and is provided with at least one layer of a metal having a specific resistance of 1.0-10 μΩ·cm or an alloy having this metal as a main component. The metal compound layer (30a, 30b) comprises a mixture of a transparent oxide semiconductor material and at least one metal having a free energy of oxide formation equivalent to or greater than that of zinc (Zn). |
