PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress multicast distribution having erroneous setting.SOLUTION: A storage unit 1a stores information showing whether or not a combination of a transmission source address and destination multicast address is permitted. A calculation unit 1b acquires information showing a combination of a transmission source address and destination multicast address from a relay device 2, when the information is registered to the relay device 2 which operates as a rendezvous point. When referring to the storage unit 1a and detecting that the combination is not permitted, the calculation unit 1b controls the relay device 2 so as not to transfer a packet from the transmission source address to the destination multicast address. |
