PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet processing device that prevents reduction in efficiency of data communication.SOLUTION: A packet processing device 100 estimates a time from transmitting a packet to a client 30 to receiving an acknowledgement response corresponding to the packet as a round-trip delay time of the packet, determines the size of data divided into packets and consecutively transmitted to the client 30, and updates the transmission rate of the packets to be transmitted to the client 30 depending on the data size and the round-trip delay time. |
