The rolling element bearing 1 comprises: at least one inner bearing inner 2; at least one outer bearing ring 3; and rolling elements 4 arranged between the inner ring 2 and the outer ring 3. The rolling elements 4 are guided by a cage 5. To improve the lubrication of the bearing the cage 5 comprises at least one opening 6a, 6b, especially a bore, wherein the opening 6a, 6b penetrates the cage 5 from a radial inner surface 7 of the cage 5 to a radial outer surface 8 of the cage 5. |
