PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preventing inundation.SOLUTION: An inundation prevention device includes: a waterproof membrane to wrap a surroundings of the object of which inundation is prevented; a buoyant material made of a material whose specific gravity is smaller than water and installed in a periphery of an open end of the waterproof membrane; a storage part formed in a periphery of a mounting position of the object and storing the waterproof membrane; and a lifting mechanism to lift the waterproof membrane besides buoyancy acting on the buoyancy material. |
