A sub-lock mechanism 17 performs a phase locking under a sub-lock phase Ps advanced more than the main lock phase Pm. A lock control mechanism 18 comprises: a movable member 181 moving between a position L1 where the fitting is allowed and a position L2 where the fitting is released; a control chamber 188 where the movable member 181 is biased toward the position L1 under working hydraulic pressure; a control resilient member 185 for biasing the movable member 181 toward the position L2; a check valve 186 allowing working fluid to be discharged out of the control chamber 188 under an opened valve state and in turn to be restricted against its discharging under a closed valve state; and a thermo-sensitive member 189 for closing the check valve 186 through expansion under warm stopped state of a set temperature Ts or more and in turn opening the check valve 186 through shrinkage under cold stopped state of lower than the set temperature Ts.
