PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element which inhibits the deterioration of a sealing part while inhibiting the deterioration of the photoelectric conversion efficiency due to the reduction of an amount of light entering a photoelectric conversion layer, and to provide a manufacturing method of the photoelectric conversion element and a photoelectric conversion element module.SOLUTION: The above object is achieved by a photoelectric conversion element where a light shielding layer has a recessed part and a sealing material is provided so as to bury the recessed part of the light shielding layer and a photoelectric conversion element module. |
