PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side sill structure of a vehicle capable of achieving improved appearance quality by preventing whitening of an interior member covering a side sill.SOLUTION: A side sill structure of a vehicle includes a side sill 40 and an interior member 5. The side sill 40 is formed by joining a side body inner panel to a side body outer panel 42. Each of the side body inner panel and the side body outer panel 42 has a flange 42F on an upper end thereof, and both of the flanges 42F are overlapped with each other and a projection piece 45 is formed on the one flange 42F. The projection piece 45 is folded to overlap with the other flange, a first rib 11 is formed on the rear face of an interior member 5 of the projection piece 45 on the vehicle forward side Fr, and a second rib 12 is formed on the rear face of the interior member 5 of the projection piece 45 on the vehicle backward side Rr. |
