摘要 [Problem] To provide a solar output optimizer circuit equipped with a means for protecting a transistor from a surge voltage occurring in an inductor when a photovoltaic panel continues to operate stably even at a low power in a very low output state. [Solution] A solar output optimizer circuit comprises: a PV input means (200) for receiving the output of a solar panel; a switching means (300) for converting a DC voltage input to said PV input means to a predetermined pulse voltage or an AC voltage; and a voltage doubler rectifier means (400) for further boosting the output power of said switching means (300) to a predetermined voltage. Said PV input means (200) is equipped with: an inductor (L1) connected to the "+" output of the PV panel in series; and a surge protection circuit (250) connected to the inductor (L1) in parallel, operating so as to absorb a surge voltage occurring at the output of the inductor (L1) only when normal control cannot be performed due to the small output of the PV panel, and automatically disconnected from the inductor (L1) when the output of the PV panel becomes large.
