PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration measurement device and a concentration measurement method, allowing high-accuracy calculation of an oxygen saturation degree even if noise is mixed in a detection signal.SOLUTION: A concentration measurement device 1 measures the temporal relative change amounts of the total hemoglobin concentration of a head and an oxygenated hemoglobin concentration. The concentration measurement device 1 includes: a probe 20 including a light incident part making measurement light incident on the head, and a photodetection part detecting the measurement light having propagated inside the head, and generating a detection signal corresponding to the intensity of the measurement light; and a CPU 14 obtaining an oxygen saturation degree from the gradient of a regression line between the temporal relative change amount of the total hemoglobin concentration and the temporal relative change amount of the oxygenated hemoglobin concentration. |
