The invention provides an elevator system. The elevator system comprises a camera device, an analysis device, and an elevator control device. The camera device takes photos of area near the elevator. The analysis device analyzes the photos to detect the sight line directions and moving directions of pedestrians near the elevator so as to predict whether the pedestrians will use the elevator or not. The elevator control device will judge whether a pedestrian near the elevator will use the elevator or not on the floor where the elevator stays according to the prediction information and control the elevator to open/close the door on the basis of the judgment result. |
