Varnish with antimicrobial culture

In the present invention, there is disclosed varnish with antimicrobial culture containing 20 to 60 percent by weight of a preparation with antimicrobial culture and the balance to 100 percent by weight is carrier varnish. Said preparation with the antimicrobial culture contains 30 to 70 percent by weight of lyophilized antimicrobial culture and the balance to 100 percent by weight is dried milk and dried milk derivatives, whereby prior lyophilization said antimicrobial culture contains an antimicrobial strain of Lactoccus or Enterococcus species in a vaccinating dosage in the range of 0.1 to 5 percent by weight and a the balance to 100 percent by weight being milk and milk derivatives. The carrier varnish contains 20 to 65 percent by weight of water-soluble acrylate dispersions with a minimum film-forming temperature lower than 20 degC, 10 to 45 percent by weight of a polymer that is soluble in demineralized water at a temperature in the range of 15 to 30 degC, for instance in polyvinyl alcohol and/or povidone and/or cellulose derivatives, 0.5 to 1.5 percent by weight of an additive based on polysiloxane and/or fluorinated hydrocarbon and/or polyacrylate providing wetting of the background material and the balance to 100 percent by weight being demineralized water.
