PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weed control construction method which can prevent weed growth in the soil around the planting, secures water supply necessary for the growth of the planting through the rainwater, satisfies both of a sound growth of the planting and a natural landscape as a green space, keeps the grains having moderate mobility during a laying operation in a construction and can prevent the grains from moving after the construction.SOLUTION: Burned crushed stones of the No.6-7 grain size are targeted and the weed control material 1, forming an asphalt layer which covers the whole around the crushed stone grains and has a total weight ratio of 1-3 wt%, is used. Then, a water permeable sheet 4 is laid on soil 5, the weed control material 1 is laid on the sheet 4 in a layer thickness H in which the growth of the weed seed 7 is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
