PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal detection method capable of detecting abnormality such as hydraulic oil leakage of a hydraulic circuit, without using a flow meter.SOLUTION: Based on operation of a hydraulic cylinder, a flow rate of hydraulic oil required for performing the operation of the hydraulic cylinder is calculated as a cylinder supply flow rate. Based on a current value and discharge pressure of a hydraulic pump, a flow rate of hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic pump is calculated as a pump discharge flow rate. The cylinder supply flow rate is compared with the pump discharge flow rate, and then based on the comparison result, abnormality of the hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic circuit on the hydraulic cylinder is detected. |
