PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material mold baking apparatus capable of suppressing baking unevenness and performing quick manufacturing.SOLUTION: A food material baking mold baking apparatus includes: a heating part casing 3; baking molds 5 and 7 provided at the upper part of the heating part casing 3; a heating part 9 provided inside the heating part casing 3 and disposed separate from the baking molds 5 and 7; and reflecting plates 11, 12, and 13 provided on inner wall parts 29, 31, and 33 of the heating part casing 3, reflecting radiation heat of the heating part 9. Between the reflecting plates 11, 12, and 13 and the inner wall parts 29, 31, and 33, heat insulation spaces 39, 40, and 41 are provided. |
