PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate scan solution using a mobile terminal.SOLUTION: A scan distribution system comprises: an image processing apparatus comprising a scanner; and a document management device for managing a work flow including a scan, intermediate processing, and distribution. The image processing apparatus comprises: means for accepting operation of starting a work flow from a user, executing the scan, and transmitting a scan image to the document management device; and means for acquiring communication connection information from the document management device to provide the information so that the information can be acquired from a mobile terminal of the user. The document management device comprises: means for receiving the scan image from the image processing apparatus to store the received scan image; means for transmitting the communication connection information to the image processing apparatus; means for executing intermediate processing on the scan image to generate a preview image; and means for accepting access based on the communication connection information from the mobile terminal to perform provision of the preview image, acceptance of change of the intermediate processing, or acceptance of distribution of the preview image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
