The present invention discloses a battery module that retains efficient cooling performance while being advantageous in terms of structural lightening and miniaturizing, and to a battery pack and a vehicle including the battery module. The battery module according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of pouch-type secondary cells erected upright and arranged in a lateral direction; a plurality of cartridges accommodating the pouch-type secondary cells in internal spaces thereof and stacked on each other in a lateral direction; and a cooling plate constituted of a thermally conductive material, disposed below the cartridges and having the cartridges seated thereon, and having at least a portion of the upper surface thereof adhered and fixed to the cartridges by means of an adhesive.
