PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle device preventing liquid refrigerant from accumulating in a condenser, in a situation where a compressor is intermittently operated.SOLUTION: A controller 50, when it is necessary to drive a compressor 11 at a rotational frequency that is a lower limit rotational frequency or more, performs continuous operation control of continuously driving the compressor 11; when it is necessary to drive the compressor 11 at a rotational frequency that is lower than the lower limit rotational frequency, performs intermittent operation control of repeating drive and stop of the compressor 11; and when performing the intermittent operation control, controls operation of a cross sectional area change mechanism of an expansion valve 14 so that a lower limit value of a cross sectional area of a refrigerant passage of the expansion valve 14 is made larger than that in a case of performing the continuous operation control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
