The purpose of the present invention is to improve the low-temperature output characteristics of a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell. The non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with an electrode assembly having a structure in which a positive electrode and a negative electrode are stacked via a porous separator. The positive electrode contains tungsten and a phosphoric acid compound. The separator includes a material of higher oxidation resistance than polyethylene, and has a pore distribution peak sharpness index in the range 0.01-10 μm, calculated from formula 1, of 40 or greater.
