PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate setting the correspondence between a storage destination of a folder or the like designated when data is input and a process for executing a workflow or the like in providing a framework for executing a process in response to the storage destination.SOLUTION: A workflow management apparatus comprises: confirmation means that confirms whether a job to be executed by the apparatus is stored in a predetermined storage area; storage means that stores flow definition information which defines a job process flow; and flow execution control means that acquires a predetermined job from the storage area when the confirmation means has confirmed that the predetermined job is stored in the storage means, and that executes the acquired job on the basis of the flow definition information, and further comprises: selection means that selects one or more flow definition information from two or more flow definition information stored in the storage means; and setting means that sets one or more storage areas corresponding to the one or more flow definition information selected by the selection means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
