PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information gathering system for gathering the action history of a user at a commercial complex.SOLUTION: An information gathering system includes an information processing terminal and an information processing system connected to the access point of short-range wireless communication having a communication range set according to the section of each shop. The information processing terminal includes a shop-entry information transmission part for transmitting the shop-entry information of a user to the information processing system in response to the acquisition of user identification information from the portable terminal of the user who has entered the communication range of the access point installed at a shop, and a shop-exit information transmission part for transmitting the shop-exit information of the user to the information processing system in response to disconnection of short-range wireless communication established with the portable terminal. The information processing system includes a shop-entry information recording part for recording the shop-entry information, a shop-exit information recording part for recording the shop-exit information, and an action history information generation part for generating action history information based on the shop-entry information and the shop-exit information of each user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
