PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification device and a notification method that have a user recognize the presence of notification object information by heat generation and apply to various applications.SOLUTION: A notification device 100 is attached to a portion of a person (for example, an arm) with an attachment member. The notification device 100 comprises: a radio communication unit 90 that receives a signal indicating information; and notification means that includes a heat generation unit (for example, a motor 30) for generating heat when the radio communication unit 90 receives a signal, conveys heat to the portion by heat generation of the heat generation unit, and thereby notifies the person of the presence of information indicated by the signal received by the radio communication unit 90.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
