The present invention relates to a resistance-regulating carbon fiber heating wire enabling the design of a resistance value approximate to that of an enamel copper wire or a nichrome wire, which are conventional metal heating wires, by allowing a conductor to control an overall resistance when the resistance-regulating carbon fiber heating wire is arranged such that a specific resistance of carbon fibers controls a heating part and a metal heating wire or the conductor, which is to be spun with the carbon fibers, having a low resistance, controls an electrical conduction part by using a method capable of solving the disadvantages of the carbon fibers while maintaining most of the advantages of the carbon fiber heating wire, and thus the carbon fiber heating wire avoids parallel connection or multi-contact connection, which is the greatest disadvantage of carbon fiber, and uses a conventional product production process as it is without any changes. To this end, the present invention comprises the carbon fiber heating wire performing a heating function, and comprises the conductor performing an electrical conduction function having a resistance relatively lower than that of the carbon fiber heating wire, wherein the carbon fiber heating wire and the conductor are spun together, the outer peripheral surfaces thereof are covered with an insulating tape, and then the same is thermally fused. |
