PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation device functioning as a louver that can maintain a light taking state during daytime almost constant through a year, while reliably shading morning sun or setting sun into a construction.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation device comprises: a first photovoltaic member 10 rotatably provided integrally with a light receiving face so that an inclination angle &thetas;1 of a light receiving face to a lower part of a vertical plane can be varied within an angle range between the inclination angle &thetas;s and an inclination angle α when an elevation angle to a south of a sun during a meridian time of a summer solstice is designated as a summer solstice elevation angle &thetas;s, an elevation angle to a south of a sun during a meridian time of a winter solstice is designated as a winter solstice elevation angle &thetas;w, and an inclination angle of a light taking face of a light taking section to the lower part of the vertical plane is designated as α; a second photovoltaic member 20 rotatably provided integrally with the light receiving face so that an inclination angle &thetas;2 of the light receiving face to the lower part of the vertical plane can be varied within an angle range between the winter solstice elevation angle &thetas;w and the inclination angle α; a first rotation mechanism rotating the first photovoltaic member 10; and a second rotation mechanism rotating the second photovoltaic member 20. |
