A process for producing a sintered oxide, which comprises the following steps (a) to (d): (a) mixing raw material compound powders respectively containing Zn, Sn and In together to prepare a mixture; (b) molding the mixture to prepare a molded product; (c) sintering the molded product at a temperature equal to or higher than 1000°C and lower than 1300°C for 0 hour or longer; and (d) further sintering the sintered molded product at a temperature equal to or higher than 1300°C and lower than 1500°C for 2 hours or longer. |
