PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform early supply of steam as compared with that of a single application of a steam generator.SOLUTION: A heating cooker M comprises: a cooking chamber 10A; a heater 20 having heat exchanging pipes 40 and a first heat source 22 for supplying hot air to the cooking chamber 10A; a steam generator 50 having a water tank 51 and a second heat source 55 to supply steam to the cooking chamber 10A; water supply pipes 70 for supplying water to the heat exchanging pipes 40; a water temperature sensor 57 for detecting a water temperature at the steam generator 50; and a control device 100. The control device 100, at the time of starting an execution of cooking mode under application of steam, supplies water through the water supply pipes 70 to the surfaces of the heat exchanging pipes 40 heated by the first heat source 22 in cooperation with the operation of the steam generator 50 to perform a steam assisting control for generating steam during a period in which a detected value of the water temperature sensor 57 is lower than the steam generating temperature, and supplies steam to the cooking chamber 10A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
