PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer capable of, on the basis of a touch operation of a user, appropriately determining processing desired by the user and executing the processing.SOLUTION: A CPU of a printer detects a position touched on a touch panel (S15). The CPU specifies a variation speed of the touch position on the basis of a variation amount per prescribed time on the detected touch position (S25). The CPU specifies a locus of the touch position on the basis of the time variation of the detected touch position (S43). The printer stores a processing table associating information indicating loca of touch positions, information indicating variation speeds, and information indicating processing contents related to printing with each other in a flash memory. The CPU determines processing contents corresponding to the specified variation speed and locus with reference to the table stored in the flash memory (S45). The CPU executes processing associated with printing on the basis of the determined processing contents (S47). |
