PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for dispensing a hair cosmetic composition in a state in which a first agent is hardly exposed to an outer surface.SOLUTION: A two-liquid dispenser 1 includes two dispensing containers A for housing a first liquid of hair dye (first agent) and a second liquid (second dye), and a dispensing device B for joining the first and second liquids housed in the two dispensing containers A, and dispensing the joined liquid. In the dispensing device B, three divided flow paths are formed for joining the first and second liquids housed in the two dispensing containers A in a layered state of three layers including two outer layers and one inner layer held between the two outer layers. The first liquid housed in the first dispensing container A1 flows from the divided flow path corresponding to the inner layer, and the second liquid housed in the second dispensing container A2 flows from the two divided layers corresponding to the outer layers. |
