PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism enabling a manager or the like to confirm handling of information at an information processing terminal utilized in a remote environment such as teleworking represented by telecommuting.SOLUTION: A trace acquisition rule in which the state of an information processing unit is correlated with a trace element to be acquired is stored, and a terminal front state is detected based on a photographed image. It is determined whether the state of the information processing unit including the detected terminal front state is coincident with the rule or not, and the trace element is acquired and preserved following the rule determined to be coincident therewith.
