PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably suppress a leakage current due to an LO signal independently of an external environment, including temperature.SOLUTION: First and second mixers 5, 6 generate an RF signal from an IF signal and an LO signal. A detection section 11 detects a 2LO signal, which is double the LO signal, from a transmission path 25 for the RF signal. On the basis of the result of comparing a detection voltage Vdet of the 2LO signal detected by the detection section 11 with a reference voltage Vref, a correction section 12 applies offset voltages to the first and second mixers 5, 6 such that the detection voltage Vdet does not exceed a predetermined value. |
