PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer actuator device system capable of reliably sealing a polymer actuator and a method for manufacturing the polymer actuator device system.SOLUTION: A polymer actuator device system S11 includes: a polymer actuator 13 including an electrolyte layer 11 and a pair of electrode layers 12 provided on both surfaces of the electrolyte layer 11 in the thickness direction; and a connection member 17 provided together with the polymer actuator 13; a pair of terminal members 19 disposed to be brought into contact with both surfaces of the connection member 17 in the thickness direction and electrically connected to each of the pair of electrodes layer 12; and a sealing member 15 covering such that the polymer actuator 13, the terminal members 19 and the connection member 17 are wholly encompassed. Each of the terminal members 19 has a pad electrode part 19p at a portion corresponding to the connection member 17, and the sealing member 15 is provided with a through hole 15h at a portion corresponding to the pad electrode part 19p. |
