PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of suppressing smoke generation in a cooking chamber and ensuring efficient heating while securing a height in a cooking chamber.SOLUTION: A heating cooker comprises: a cooking chamber including an intake port and an outlet port formed therein and including a front surface opening, the outlet port being provided below the intake port; a cooking chamber door covering the front surface opening of the cooking chamber so that the opening can be freely opened or closed; upper heating means heating an interior of the cooking chamber from above; a cooking tray provided in the cooking chamber and mounting thereon a heating target article; blower means taking in the air in the cooking chamber from the intake port, and feeding the intake air from the outlet port into the cooking chamber ; and circulating-air heating means heating the intake air taken in by the blower means from the intake port, a ventilation space capable of ventilation being provided below the cooking tray, a cavity capable of ventilation being formed between a cooking-chamber-door-side end portion of the cooking tray and the cooking chamber door, and a flow passage cross section area between the cooking-chamber-door-side end portion of the cooking tray and the cooking chamber door being equal to or larger than a flow passage cross section area between a bottom surface of the cooking tray and a bottom plate of the cooking chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14 |
