<p>The cemetery has a number of files of burial chambers arranged side by side each capable of taking several coffins. The top of the files of chambers are at different levels so that access can be made to them from the side for the internment of coffins and so that there is a circulation for mourners. One file, for example may be four chambers deep, while the adjacent file five chambers deep and so on. Space is thus provided around the walk ways on top of the files for seeding and planting to give the cemetery a less stark appearance.</p> |
