Disclosed is a method for peeling a coated plate, the method being mainly based on a film peeling apparatus (100) which is composed of a machine cabinet (10), a conveying device (20), a centring device (30), a film lifting device (40), a coating film releasing device (50), a film catching and removing device (60), a cushioning device (70), a static electricity removing device (81), a thin film collecting device (90) and an electronic control device. When in operation, the coated plate is firstly placed onto the conveying device (20) and is centred by the centring device (30), the coated plate is conveyed to a designated position by the conveying device (20), the coating film releasing device (50) releases the protective film, the film lifting device (40) lifts the protective film, the film catching and removing device (60) removes the whole protective film, the static electricity removing device (81) removes static electricity from the removed protective film, the film collecting device (90) collects the removed protective film, and the coated plate from which the protective film has been removed is further conveyed to the designated position by the conveying device. |
