On the basis of the system request output Wa, so as to cause a distribution output Ws2 of a fuel cell 21b to become higher than a power range Pa, and a distribution output Ws1 of a fuel cell 21a to become lower than the power range Pa, distribution outputs Ws1, Ws2 are calculated for respective fuel cells (step 120). Output power of the fuel cells 21a, 21b is controlled so that the output power of the fuel cells 21a, 21b becomes close to the distribution outputs Ws1, Ws2 (step 130).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
