PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimization device of loading operation ensuring excellent optimization results reliably, by automating the setting change of handling conditions of a component mounting machine that has been performed by an operator conventionally.SOLUTION: A device 6 for optimizing the loading operation based on the handling conditions for handling a component when producing a board K by a component mounting machine 1 includes an initial optimization processing unit 91 for obtaining the initial optimization results by performing the optimization processing of the loading operation based on the initial component data 75 where the initial handling conditions are determined, a change range setting unit 93 for obtaining a range capable of changing the setting of the handling conditions, a re-optimization processing unit 94 for obtaining the final optimization results superior to the initial optimization results, by repeating the optimization processing of the loading operation by changing the handling conditions in the changeable range, and a production reflection unit 95 for creating the final component data 76 for use in the production of the board K by replacing the initial handling conditions of the initial component data 75 to the final handling conditions when the final optimization results are obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
